Nigerians jailed in China

I just saw this documentary and it brought tears down my cheeks. Yes, we all know Nigeria has failed everyone but looking for a way out through fraudulent means is a no no.

Parents, children, wives are made to bear the consequences of your fraudulent actions. Sad!!!

Let us all be vigilant…..always ask the necessary questions, be inquisitive….it would help in the long run.

I hope one or 2 people get to learn from this video.

A letter to Parents

I got this via email and i can't imagine how many kids go through abuse on a daily basis. I have heard cases of domestic helps molesting their bosses young kids. It is time for every parent to take the age off their shoulders and have a cordial relationship with their children.... these would allow your kids to learn to confide in you.

Adoption is not a bad idea

Yesterday, i was chatting with a friend who has been waiting on the Lord for the fruit of the womb. She has waited 5 years and she is in a state of loosing hope. I suggested adoption and she didnt buy the idea because of the mockery some societies attach to it.

Abused and Alone Continued.....

If you read my previous post on "Abused and Alone". Here is the continuation of the trial of the case of the Akolade Arowolo who stabbed his wife Titilayo Oyakhire Arowolo to death. So sad....I hope justice is served in this case. May her soul continue to RIP and may the Lord be with her daughter. I hope we all learn one or two things from this case

Housewife- Really!!! Wake up it's the 21st century plsssss

I wrote a post on Men having jobs and money to cater for the home. I got a couple of e-mails saying "How come it is only men you emphasized on?"....."Are you being a feminist?"... Am sorry if my post came across as been one-sided. Well, men have the larger role. Hence, the reason for the emphasis.

So here is for the ladies. I have heard lame excuses from a few ladies about not working....they say house-keeping is a full time job. So being an house wife has become a job....wow!!! Please don't sit on your lazy butt believing this thing called "Occupation = House wife".

I understand it is alot of work to care for the home but that is where multi-tasking comes in. There are loads of working mothers out there making money. Some people even have maids at home and yet still sit home and say "House-wife". Ladies, try your best to bring something to the table. If it is with whatever you earn you are able to pay for those little things such as phone bills, electricity bills, extra-curricular activities for your kids (Such as registration @ the children's club, swimming lessons etc). There are loads of things you can help the "head of the home" with, this little assistance you provide helps to foster a happy relationship in the home.
